TODO is a collaboration between specialty coffee roastery DOK COFFEE ROASTERY and the kitchen of THE LOCALS.
We roast our coffee beans in-house, focusing on complex, rich flavors. From thoughtfully brewed filter coffee to espresso-based drinks, we serve coffee that celebrates craftsmanship and depth.
Beyond coffee, we offer an intentionally curated selection of craft beers, (natural) wines, and cocktails.
Our kitchen draws inspiration from the vibrant culinary traditions of cultures around the world — seasonal, spontaneous, and ever-evolving.
Events
Alongside our regular menu, we host themed evenings that dive deeper into the flavors of different regions.
